The Defense Transportation Regulations available here are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. In order to view these documents you must have a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Use the following Uniform Resource Locator (URL) to access tables in the USTRANSCOM Reference Data Management (TRDM): https://web.trdm.transport.mil/, then select the DTR tab on the left.

For DOD Contractors without .mil or.gov access that need access to the code tables, the tables are accessible by all users, to include DOD contractors and vendors through the Defense Transportation Electronic Business (DTEB) website at https://www.ustranscom.mil/cmd/associated/dteb/, and click Reference Data.
